Shipping Information:
Our primary method of shipping is UPS Ground. UPS calculates the shipping charges to your destination according to their shipping rates. *We do not make money on shipping. Most orders are fulfilled within 10 to 14 days - however we do occasionally experience delays.
Get Ready Survival, LLC is not set up to fulfill orders internationally.
(U.S. DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY)!
*All of our vendors have handling charges that range from a few dollars all the way up to $9.00 per order. We are splitting the highest handling charge in two and charging a flat $4.50 per order (not per item) to share in your handling cost.
RETURNS:

Before you contemplate returning an item - you must know the following:
• Contact us no later than 10 days from delivery.
• Do not return item before contacting us.
• Item must be in original condition and packaging, unused.
• Special instructions may apply to your particular needs.
• There will be a 20% restocking fee on returned items.
• There is no restocking fee for exchanges.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
• If it was our mistake, we will fix it with no additional charge.
